Dr. Evan Templeman

Dr. Evan Templeman was born and raised in Minnesota and earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, with a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics, from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he graduated at the top of his class.

Following dental school, Dr. Evan completed advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Northwestern University in partnership with Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where he was honored to serve as chief resident. During his residency, he was elected to the board of the Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentists and was selected as a Medical Education Clinical Scholar at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

Dr. Evan is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association, holds leadership roles within the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and has served as president of the Brown–Door–Kewaunee Dental Society. He is also board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Evan enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his wife, son, and pets.
